This is an update to LHARC128 for CS-DOS. LHA & LHX can now handle RELative 
ans USR files, and some other minor changes have been made.  Also includes in 
the archive is a utility for MS-DOS to convert C64/C128 archives to LHARCives.  
Source code to the SFX self extraction header is also included herin.
Note: You will need a minimum of a 1571 or two 1541 drives to extract it.
