der 12887 sollte ohne �nderungen gehen. In meinem System steckt ein
bq3287, der hat ebenfalls das gr��ere RAM (von dem dann eben nur
ein kleiner Teil genutzt wird).

AAABER: verwende auf jeden Fall den Typ *ohne* A. Also einfach nur
DS 12887. Bei dem A-Typ kannst Du durch ung�nstiges Handling (z.B.
ein Tag auf Leitgummi oder in einer leitenden ESD-Schutz-T�te) die
interne Batterie entladen, dann ist der M�ll. Das ist schon einigen
passiert...
