The numbering is only for better sorting and has nothing to do 
with the contents of the directories.

Flashing your 3125 with a new or other BIOS version make damage your 
system. So it was on my 3125 and you may only bring it to life with 
an external floppy (I hope so)

If your 3125 has a bad os or won't boot from flash or hd so you may
be able to boot using the RS232, a PC with com1 or com2  and the 
replacement disk . 

Look during the directories while I try to remember how it goes.
